Not just celebrities, but intrusion into one's privacy is generally not accepted. "Why would shop employees tweet something like that? Weren't they taught not to do such a thing? I have experience in customer service and I really don't get this. I don't think I can eat out in peace anymore. It's all so troublesome." "Stress! I'll go run for a bit."
Other Twitter incidents involving celebrities are Junichi Inamoto and Miho Tanaka's date before they got married in 2011, which turned into a huge media circus. Recently, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Ebizo Ichikawa both complained about being pictured without permission last month. Akemi Darenogare and Hachimitsu Jiro also complained about similar incidents soon after.

バイトしてて客がいっぱい来るのは嫌な事だって、楽が一番だって でも実際働いたらバイトしていっぱい客が来るのはもうかって楽しい事だって分かった
That's what I thought too before working. I thought, "I don't want a lot of customers coming, I want to be at ease". But when I started working, I also realized how fun it was when you started earning more the moment you had more customers.

Overseas, people would tweet about the celeb and people would just give a wow and then let it go as if nothing happened, but Japan's complaining celebs seem to have this right to complain about tweets as well.
I think this should be given some more thought, or else, rival companies might use this to their advantage. They could mingle with the other customers, and do something similar while pretending to be that restaurant's staff, right? I saw this one below a while ago and made me scared.
