Former professional baseball player Kazuhiro Kiyohara (46) faced off against KAT-TUN's Kazuya Kamenashi (27) in a serious matchup during Kirin Beer's "Nodogoshi Yume no dream Pro Yakyuu" event at the Tokyo Dome.

Kiyohara could not time his swings against Kamenashi's pitches and struck out in 3 pitches. After the match, Kiyohara commented: "All he threw were breaking balls. But all these world class pitchers like Matsuzaka only went up against me with fastballs" and drew laughter from the crowd.

Gou Ayano and Riko Narumi went on a date in Shinjuku? (TouSpo)

1： れいおφ ★ 2014/01/08(水) 17:12:28.23 ID:???0

Tokyo Sports reported that Actor Gou Ayano (31) and actress Riko Narumi (21) went on a movie date in September last year, looking like they were more than friends. They were apparently together with another couple, but the 2 disappeared into Shinjuku after the movie.

The two have not worked together in a drama nor a movie, but the article mentioned that they probably hit it off due to both of them liking rock music. The article even mentioned that since Ayano is under the agency Tristone Entertainment, where Shun Oguri is a member of the board of directors and is one of the candidates to be the next president, Oguri's womanizing ways, or his "Oguri-ism" may have rubbed off on him.

Ayano has been no stranger to relationship rumors. After his breakup with long-time girlfriend Erika Toda, he was reported with Serina, Yui Aragaki, and even Ai Hashimoto (17) last year. Due to this 14-year age difference with Hashimoto, people called him a "cradle snatcher" and "disgusting", but with his 10-year difference with Riko Narumi, people once again have been saying, "Is he only after the younger ones?", "confirmed loli-con?".

"Ayano is one of the hottest commodities in the industry right now, and with his slim figure and fresh looks, there's no doubt that he'd be popular with the opposite sex. But it's not like Hashimoto nor Narumi were photographed together with him, and due to the age difference, it could just be that he acted as an adviser or was just hanging out with them as a 'senpai'. And you can't really call him a loli-con with Toda, and the rumors about Serina and Aragaki as all of them are adults." - (showbiz writer)

Everyone is free to have relationships, but it seems that a lot of actresses are now trying to avoid Ayano because of this playboy image that has been stuck on him.

1： ：禿の月φ 2014/01/06(月) 05:08:00.22 ID:???P

It was discovered on the 5th that the talent touted as the "2nd Rola", Arie Mizusawa, and former Japanese National Team member Tomoaki Makino of the Urawa Red Diamonds are in a relationship. They started going steady in December last year. Makino took her to Hiroshima, his hometown over the holidays.

They were introduced to one another through a common friend. According to this person, they hit it off due to their German connection -- Mizusawa's great grandfather is German while Makino used to play for 1. FC Köln of the Bundesliga for 2 years from 2011. They began talking about Germany-related things, and the two immediately clicked. The friendship turned into romance by December, when they were spotted together in Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku.

During the New Year, Makino took her to Hiroshima and visited the famous spots. They even visited the home of Makino's parents, and he introduced her to the family. It is said that Mizusawa immediately won the hearts of his family with her friendly disposition.

Mizusawa previously described her ideal man as: "lives a fulfilled life, has an aspiration, and has a lot of money" -- all fitting Makino.

Takuya Kimura to star in a special drama "Miyamoto Musashi", his 1st appearance in a TV Asahi drama in 19 years

1： 禿の月φ ★ 2013/12/26(木) 05:11:19.79 ID:???P

Takuya Kimura will be playing the role of Musashi Miyamoto in a special drama that will be shown for 2 consecutive nights on TV Asahi called Miyamoto Musashi.

This will be Kimura's first period flick in 8 years, after the movie Bushi no Ichibun (2006 - Yoji Yamada) and 19 years since his last appearance in a TV Asahi drama since 1995's special drama Kimi wa toki no kanata e.

Experienced in kendo, Kimura comments: "I've experienced 'swinging a sword' ever since I was small, and Musashi Miyamoto is a person whom you'd definitely be conscious of even if you didn't want to. I'm also looking forward to unraveling the mysteries that shroud Musashi". "A lot of industry senpais have already played the role of Musashi Miyamoto, but I would like to get an OK for every scene that I play him in without any compromises, and eventually make the role my own."

L'Arc~en~Ciel to hold a solo concert at the Kokuritsu on March 21 & 22

1: 禿の月φ ★ 2014/01/08(水) 05:14:40.13 ID:???P

It was revealed on the 7th that rock band L'Arc~en~Ciel will be performing at the Kokuritsu Kyogijō on March 21 and 22. It will be 1 year and 10 months since their first performance at the stadium, dating back on May 26 & 27, 2012. L'Arc has been on hiatus since their May 31 concert in Hawaii on the same year, and will be making their grand return to the music scene with a bang.

Monster band L'Arc has been silent ever since their world tour in spring 2012, spanning 10 countries and 14 cities, which was attended by a total of 450,000 people. Following their tour finale in Hawaii was a DVD release, but there were no new songs from them, which led to fans becoming worried as to what the future holds for the band.

During this break, vocalist hyde and drummer yukihiro were busy with their respective side bands while guitarist ken and bassist tetsuya were recharging, as each member raised his motivation leading to this comeback gig.

As their way of saying thanks and apologizing to the fans, they are promising an even bigger and more extravagant production compared to their previous concert here nearly 2 years ago.

KAT-TUN fans in despair when the bullet train stopped: "Shinkansen, move it! We won't make it to the concert!"

1: ニーニーφ ★ 2014/01/03(金) 18:11:19.01 ID:???0

Due to a fire in front of Tokyo's Yurakucho station on the 3rd of January, the shinkansen, as well as all the JR lines, were put to a stop.

Operations resumed after noontime, but this coincided with the so-called "U-turn rush" from the new year holidays, as a vast amount of passengers were stranded in various stations around Tokyo. Numerous complaints were heard, such as, "I can't go home at this rate" and "I won't be able to make it to the concert!".
(skipped)
KAT-TUN's fans were very poignant. A lot of fans set off on that day from different provinces on board the shinkansen to participate in the event at Yokohama in the afternoon and caused a stir as people started shouting "Shinkansen, move it!", "We won't make it in time!", "Someone, please buy the goods on my behalf!".

Anne and Higashide were both at the Kouhaku Uta Gassen as they introduced Yuzu who sang "Ame nochi hareruya", theme song of the morning drama, as a couple.

Anne's agency commented on this: "We have heard that he's one of Anne's close acquaintances since he is one of her co-stars in the drama". Gochisousan will be entering the 2nd half of the story, and will show the struggles of Anne's character as a mother of 3.
