What happened to SEKAI NO OWARI’s Saori after the Kokuritsu event?

Saori, pianist/stage director of band SEKAI NO OWARI, expressed her strong frustrations on Twitter on the 30th.

The band performed on the last day of JAPAN NIGHT held on the 29th at the Kokuritsu Kyogijo in front of a crowd of 60,000. But late at night, Saori suddenly Tweeted: "I'm fuming mad. Even if we get #1 in Oricon, and even if we get to play at the Kokuritsu, I didn't know that I could still feel this way.".

"What should I shout out on nights like this?". She continued, "If we can't produce results, then it's all pointless. We don't need any special award for our efforts.".

What happened to Saori? Some fans have worried if something happened during the concert.

Haruna Kojima's first photo book ranks #1 overall, 52% of the readers are women

AKB48 member Haruna Kojima's (25) first photo book KojiHaru sold 61,000 copies in its first week and took the top spot in sales in 3 categories: the overall sales, picture books, and mooks.

Her first week sales have surpassed Rino Sashihara's photo book Sashiko by 4,000, and is #1 all-time in first week sales. The publisher comments: "We received data that 52% of the people who bought this are women, which is precisely why the sales have been good because she also has a lot of female fans".

Kojima comments: "I'm surprised to hear that I'm at the top spot of all time on Oricon! I'm did my best with the photo shoots and the interview that I'm usually bad at, so I'm truly happy that a lot of people have had a chance to look at my book."

Tower Records announces the top selling albums of 2013 (Western/Japanese music)

Tower Records announced their year-end charts as One Direction's "Take Me Home" and Maximum the Hormone's "Yoshu Fukushu" take home the honors for the best selling albums this year.

The rankings reflect the combined total sales of the imported, Japanese, limited, analog, etc. versions of each album until November 30.

Maximum The Hormone's Ryo-kun comments about their album getting first place in the Japanese music category:

Ayumi Hamasaki's new album "ayumi hamasaki 15th Anniversary TOUR ～A BEST LIVE～" ranks 7th in Oricon

Ayumi Hamasaki's new album "ayumi hamasaki 15th Anniversary TOUR ～A BEST LIVE～" which was released on the 18th sold 15,218 copies until the 22nd. This amount shocked her fans and staff members.

The live album was recorded from her concert last July with 14 tracks in total. The CD includes hit songs like "A Song for xx", "poker face" and "Voyage", among others.

Her new album ranked in at no. 7 on its first week. AAA, which also hails from Avex got 1st with a total of 46,006 units sold. Hamasaki didn't just lose to her kouhais, but also to Kana Nishino on her 3rd week, Spitz on their 2nd week, as well as Kobukuro's Kentaro Kobuchi and a relatively unknown voice actor, Mamoru Miyano.
