Since producer Shin Kikuchi declared that this year's "FNS uta no natsu matsuri" will not be tolerating lip-syncing, almost all participants sang live. But a lot of fans have also been saying, "If this is the outcome, then they should have lip-synced instead".

This was first voiced out when Momoiro Clover Z performed with miwa.

"They're horrible."

MomoClo also performed the classic "Cosmos" (Momoe Yamaguchi) with Masashi Sada later in the program.

This was also true for Morning Musume who performed "Help me!!" and "Love Machine".

"Even if this gets leaked out, Yamamoto is well-liked by the management so no punishment will come her way. She also looks after her juniors and is liked by the staff. Taka is also currently with an agency that has strong countermeasures against these gossips, and they will never admit to this as long as there is no strong evidence."

Aya Matsuura and Keita Tachibana finally tie the knot

Aya Matsuura (27) and w-inds vocalist Keita Tachibana (27) submitted their marriage application on the 4th after 12 years of being in a relationship and will be having their wedding ceremony in Hawaii sometime this autumn. 

According to a few insiders, the two have submitted their application to the ward office on the 4th. Matsuura went to Hawaii last June to take a look at the venue and handle the preparations as they plan to hold the ceremony some time after October. 

The two have been going out since 2001, shortly after their debut. They split up once but came to terms and got together again. They have been living together in a high-rise apartment within Tokyo since last year.

Fukada is now slender and looks like a different person in her TBS drama Na mo naki doku.

The most obvious change is her smaller face. According to Bunshun, Fukada was able to get a smaller face thanks to the Nishikura Aesthetic Salon. The salon, whose clientele also includes actress Jessica Michibata and talent Maomi Yuuki, does this by shifting the bones of the skull to make the face smaller.

The price is reportedly \210,000 for 10 minutes per area of the face.

"She apparently can't stop drinking, and she also goes to Menard Facial Salon. She limits her food intake to stay slim. I think she's starting to put in a conscious effort in maintaining her body now that she's in her 30s."

Fukada is currently dating Maasa Igarashi, 3 years her junior.

Anne Nakamura (25) has generated some buzz thanks to her quotes about AKB48's Minami Minegishi on NTV's Konya kurabetemimashita last July 31.

In the episode, they featured the "Women who are in their make-or-break year Special", and the guests were Nakamura, Minegishi, and Keiko Enoue of Niche. Nakamura was introduced as "the most dangerous woman in showbiz", and commented, "This is my make-or-break year", with enthusiasm.

When they were talking about "The day of their biggest loss in life", Minegishi confessed that it was the day she went bald.

Minegishi said, "It's been about half a year (from the incident), and most of my hair has grown back", to which Nakamura replied, "You look cuter than before". She then continues, "Previously, I was like, 'Ahhhh~~~", (this is an) idol!?", which stirred the studio up.

Enoue and Minegishi were in a heated discussion when Enoue said, "There was a time when people were telling me we (she and Minegishi) look alike", to which Minegishi says, "Oh, people always say that I look like the ugly ones like Kaoru Yahata-san and Enoue-san".

Nakamura then shocked Minegishi by telling Enoue, "It's alright. An ugly girl (Minegishi) is calling you ugly anyway".

Even the host, Football Hour's Terumoto Gotō said, "Oh no". Other than this, Nakamura boldly stated that, "I can't make a living just by being a model". "I joined a fashion show with a broken front tooth". "My target is SHELLY-san. I'll trample her down".

Nakamura also previously guested on TBS' Arita to Yarashii hitobito in June, where she commented, "I think that there's a very huge opening right now. A huge opening, within the wipe. I think it'll be important to come slide into that slot", referring to Mari Yaguchi's vacated position on the show. People will be looking out for more of her as she slowly raises her popularity with her frank quotes.

Ryo Aska of popular duo CHAGE & ASKA was caught on film as he was using drugs and was blackmailed by the Yamaguchi-gumi yakuza group, Weekly Bunshun can reveal.

According to ASKA and a close showbiz representative, ASKA used to live for 4 years in Hokkaido since his Jr. High days. That was where he got to know a member of the yakuza group, and eventually became his source for drugs. But there seems to have been some trouble with his recent transactions, leading to the yakuza group to use filmed evidence of ASKA using drugs through a glass pipe in order to threaten him.

Bunshun had the chance to interview ASKA in front of his house.

-----Are you a drug addict?
"No, no, not at all. Not at all. Haha."

-----We heard that you're being threatened by the Yamaguchi-gumi for some drug-related matters.
"(short silence)..... Yeah, yeah, about that, they said, 'Lend us money'. Then I said, 'I don't want to'. Yeah, yeah, yeah, and that's why we got into an argument."

CHAGE & ASKA were supposed to have a live performance for the first time in 6 years this August, but was postponed by their agency due to suspicions of transient cerebral ischemia on ASKA. (Related post HERE) Apparently, ASKA was still being threatened by the yakuza at that point.

Will ASKA be able to make his return? All eyes will be on him, including the actions that the investigative teams will take.


* This was initially reported as "Mr. X" (big-time singer) by TouSpo. "Mr. Z" (member of a major rock group in the 90s) (HERE) is yet to be revealed, but some 2channelers have come up with some more theories which we have included in this post.
