Monta Mino's "2nd" summer vacation in 2013... due to the sexual harassment issue?

Main host Monta Mino (69) has entered a week-long break from his morning show Mino Monta no Asa Zuba! (TBS).

Mino had already taken his summer vacation at the beginning of August, and will be entering his "2nd break", which is rare for the main host. 

Viewers have begun speculating that, "Could it be the effect of his sexual harassment fracas?".

Whenever Mino was on leave, his life-size standee would be placed on the set. The standee was there at 5:37AM on the September 9 broadcast, but it was removed immediately after showing the Olympics announcement at 5:38AM. Mino usually opens each show with his monologue, but the September 9 show started with all 6 announcers lined up in front of the camera.

Mino was caught on camera as it apparently looked like he was touching announcer Akiyo Yoshida's backside on the August 30 broadcast of the show. TBS comments: "We do not recognize this act as any sort of sexual harassment, but since it was an act that brought forth confusion, we have given verbal warning to the staff who are in charge of the program". Mino also responded in an interview by Nikkan Sports by saying, "My, why would I even commit sexual harassment? That was not my perception, and I think that even the girl is troubled by all of this".

These have not helped extinguish the flames, as people are still saying:
"It's probably his punishment for that sexual harassment thing."
"A 2nd summer vacation? Isn't he just being frozen out?"
"They're probably waiting for the issue to die down a bit."
