Mana Ashida doesn't look at the script at rehearsals; Director Isao Yukisada: "An actress who possesses wonderful talent"

Director Isao Yukisada, creator of many hit movies such as Sekai no Chushin de, Ai wo Sakebu and Kita no Zeronen, analyzed the appeal of Mana Ashida, with whom he worked for the first time in the movie Entaku: Kokko, Hitonatsu no Imagine. 

The movie is about an eccentric 3rd grader, Kokko, who lives with her huge family in Osaka, and how her character develops throughout the summer break.

Director Yukisada commented on Mana Ashida: "She's an actress who possesses wonderful talent". "She's got a rich variety of expressions, and the thing that surprised me the most is her passion for acting. During our first script reading session, she came without her script. She's supposed to have the most number of lines compared to anyone, but she never looked at the script. That left such a huge impression". He also noted how Ashida acted as a leader to the other child actors in the cast.

Director Yukisada also takes credit for helping Ryunosuke Kamiki realize his potential in the movie Tooku no Sora ni Kieta. "I can sense this aura of a genius in Ashida which I also sensed when I worked with Kamiki-kun. And the thing that Mana-chan and Kamiki-kun have in common is that both of them love to act".
One cannot help but feel how bright Ashida's future is when seeing her running innocently on screen under Yukisada's guidance.

V6's Go Morita discovered to be having a relationship with an AV starlet (Shuukan Josei)

Last week's issue of Josei Seven reported that V6's Go Morita is in a relationship with "an ex-gravure model who hails from Hokkaido", but the current issue of Shuukan Josei has reported that he is cohabiting with popular AV starlet Alice Miyuki.

According to Seven's article last week, Morita met up with a woman at a tonkatsu restaurant after his theater rehearsals and went on to a nearby movie house to watch Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind which was shown for 3 days only. The magazine published pictures of the two and said that they have been together for a year now -- even going to Miyakojima for a holiday and shopped for interior goods at a new furniture shop -- without revealing the identity of the woman.

"Seven is known to have a good working relationship with Johnny's, and there's a possibility that they deliberately chose not to disclose the details about the partner. However, some people on the Internet assumed from the pictures that this was Miyuki, and evidence was found on Miyuki's Twitter account that she indeed had a date with Morita. Morita's fans took no time to attack Miyuki and bombard her with heartless remarks." - (tabloid journalist)

Shuukan Josei published an article with pictures of the two walking the dog and of Miyuki coming out of Morita's apartment. When the journalist ambushed the two as they came back home, Morita denied the relationship but said: "Wait a second, I won't run away." "You can use my picture, and I don't mind you publishing my name in the article, but just keep her out of this since there'll be a lot of complications", probably thinking about the bashing that she will be receiving from his fans.

"Johnny's and Shuukan Josei are on bad terms, and it's a rarity for a Johnny's talent to even give proper answers to the publication, but that just goes to show how much he wanted to defend Miyuki. Nanami Sakuraba (21) and all the other members of girls unit bump.y are scheduled to "graduate" from the group at the end of June to all focus on their acting career.

The official website reads: "Thank you all for supporting bump.y since its inception in 2009. Please keep on cheering for and supporting the members so that all of them will become splendid actresses and flourish in their respective careers.".

bump.y was formed in October 2009 and consists of Sakuraba, Mary Matsuyama (21), Mio Miyatake (17), Matsuri Miyatake (14), and Sara Takatsuki (16). The unit hails from Sweet Power, agency of talents such as Maki Horikita and Meisa Kuroki. They debuted in August of 2010 with the single "voice", and have released a total of 7 singles and 3 albums.

Mizuki Yamamoto graduates from Meiji University

Model Mizuki Yamamoto (22) graduated from Meiji University School of Agriculture's life science department on the 26th. Yamamoto said that people have expressed their support for her, but she insisted that she did not meet a special someone. Some people did confess their feelings to her, but she said that "Unfortunately, there haven't been any drama-like situations for me". She also said, "I also wanted to take part in joint parties, but I couldn't. I would have liked to have more fun with everyone else.".

Sexy talent Eririka Katagiri (22) dropped a bombshell on a live streaming session, saying that she has had a sexual relationship with comedian Sanma Akashiya (58). She also exposed that Sanma has a lot of other relationships with other "sexy talents".

Katagiri stands 158cm, with vital stats of 86-57-87. She became popular on live streaming site Niconico Douga with her "nude guitar" performances and debuted as an AV actress in 2011.

Katagiri was on a live chat session with some viewers on the 17th. On this day, she said, "I've never mentioned this before, but the comedian I've done it with was Sanma-san". She got scared for a bit and started calling him "S-san" for a bit, but her motor mouth was now at full throttle.

This is consistent with AV actress Makoto Yuki's revelation (related post HERE) that "Sanma is like someone in his 20s or 30s down there".

Another sexy talent that Sanma has allegedly slept with was Mana Sakura (related post HERE), as reported by FRIDAY.

According to Katagiri: "I don't fall in this category, but I think most of the AV actresses around me do it with him and then rat it out to FRIDAY". Regarding all these revelations, she says, "Of course, no doubt that a lot of people say things about him. He's been doing it all the time with other women.".

Sanma revealed that his ex-wife Shinobu Otake and daughter IMALU scolded him after FRIDAY's report. This will probably make them angry once again.

Ryo comes back from her 2-year maternity leave

Model Ryo, who took a break from acting after giving birth to her second child in April, has officially made her comeback in February this year. She talked about her secret to retaining her slender figure after giving birth.

Ryo decided to lie low from acting because she said that she wanted to take her time in raising her child. She officially came back in the stage play Motto naite Flapper last February and said: "I'm a dancer here, and it was so hard to adjust since I had to sing and dance! I started going to dance lessons twice a week since September last year. I had a lot of fun, though, but it was so hard! (laughs)".

She mentioned that she had a hard time trying to recover her figure after childbirth but said: "I think the dance lessons and voice training sessions helped a lot. My torso has been developed well, and I feel like my body balance has improved. As for my diet, I eat balanced meals with a lot of vegetables which revolves around brown rice", which has definitely helped her shape up again. She also said that she has been doing Gyrotonic exercises starting this March. 

She also revealed the secret to her glowing skin: "Early to bed, early to rise. When you're living with your children, you get sleepy after eating dinner. So I sleep after that and wake up early in the morning.". When asked about her child care methods: "Children follow their parents closely, so we always have to set examples for them every day".

miwa to play the heroine in the movie "Maestro!"

It was revealed that miwa will be starring in the movie Maestro! which is slated for a 2015 release.

miwa herself announced this at the miwa spring concert 2014: Shibuya Monogatari ~Kan~ held at the Kokuritsu Yoyogi Kyogijō's 1st gymnasium. After performing her new song "Let me go" during the encore, she stopped and said: "There's something that I have to tell everyone", and surprised everyone in attendance after announcing that she will be in a movie. She continues, "I'll be balancing my musical activities and the filming of the movie. I have no experience at all in acting and I feel like I'll have my hands full with it, but I'm gonna give it my all!". 

Maestro! is a live action adaptation of Akira Saso's manga Maestro, where former members of an orchestra that had to disband due to their sponsor going bankrupt gather once again under a mysterious conductor and aim to perform once more at a recital. The young concert master will be played by Tori Matsuzaka, Toshiyuki Nishida will play the part of the conductor, and miwa will play the role of the heroine who is a flute player.

Actress Mirai Shida (20), who wore a kimono to the launch of her photo book Arigato, explained the reason behind the title: "It's my way of expressing gratitude to my parents and my agency who have raised me up to now that I'm 20", as tears suddenly started falling down from her eyes. Talent IMALU (24) revealed her feelings about her father Sanma's (58) alleged relationship with an AV actress (23).
