最近の駅前留学は結構有名どころもある。

まぁ海外進出を本気で考えるなら悪くはないかも（実際どこに行ってるのかは知らんがｗ）

If you're not too particular with the costs, there's an NYU-affiliated English school in Shinagawa.
Even those train station language centers, there are pretty popular ones these days.

It probably isn't a bad idea if he's indeed planning on going overseas. (But I don't know where he's really been going to.)
