Haruma Miura's first fan event in Korea a huge success

Haruma Miura (23) conducted his first talk show at Korea's COEX Convention & Exhibition Center in Seoul. The talk show was a featured event at the Korea-Japan Festival 2013.

Miura went up on stage and greeted everyone with "Anyong-haseyo" to cheers from the crowd. This is Miura's 4th time in Korea. He also commented on Park Shin Hye whom he got to work with in a magazine photo shoot. "I saw her movie, and her acting truly is wonderful. I would love to work with her in the future some day".

Miura also revealed that he looks up to the director Bong Joon-ho, who is known for his movies Gwoemul and Memories of Murder. He joked and said: "I watched Gwoemul before going to Korea before, and I trembled when I saw Han-gang".

About plans of working in Korea, Miura said: "I'd like to hold a fan meeting, but I'm still worried about the turnout. But I want to make it happen so please stick around!".

Lastly, Miura sang Kim Bum Soo's hit song "I miss you". He wrapped up the event by saying, "I'm really happy to have seen all of your smiles. I think that I will have a lot of chances to visit Korea in the future, so until next time!".

Haruma Miura might disappear just like that without ever making it big.
His acting skills aren't exactly topnotch, and he's never had a bigger hit drama than the one in which he impregnated a junior highschooler.

どうでもいいけど、タウンワークのCMでの三浦春馬は歌が上手かった。

他人が歌ってるのかと思ってたら本人が歌ってて驚いた。

ミュージカルの舞台ではもっと上手いらしく絶賛されてたね。

Though this isn't related, Haruma Miura's singing was really good in the Townwork commercial. I thought it was someone else singing it, but I got surprised that it was actually him. And I heard that he's even better and he's being praised when he sings in stage plays.
