It looks like it was made using a benchmark software. Looks like 3dmark.

I really wonder if he can use his voice properly in important scenes and make an impact. His voice sounds like it's coming from the tip of his throat. I actually don't care whether they use actors or voice actors, I just hope they use someone whose voice actually fits the part.

I was surprised that he was the one who sang in that Townwork commercial.

I guess he has a good voice too.

Inoue-san is obviously the first choice, but it'll already be tough for his age.

Looking at his Twitter, it looks like the rumor of his retirement isn't true at all. According to him, he was also forced to step down for the role of Goemon. He wasn't even offered the the role for this one. And the fans seem to be really mad about it.

Nevermind the acting, I really don't think the voice is suited for the role.

ハーロックにしてはえらく声質が軽いから、貫禄とかは全く感じられそうにないな
同じ海賊船の船長って事ならルフィ役でもやらせた方が、まだハーロックよりは似合いそうだ

His voice is too light for Harlock, you just can't sense any dignity in this.

If he were to play another pirate captain, he would be a better fit for Luffy (One Piece) than Harlock.
