This person doesn't need to appear as a comedian anymore. 
She can get by with being a makeup artist.

But I'm sure that she won't be able to get these in one try.
She probably tried putting on makeup and removing it over and over, I'm amazed that her skin doesn't get ruined.

いろんな人の目もとメイクをしてるけど 

どれも素晴らしい 

逆にメイクで目もとはいくらでも変えられってことなんだね

She's been doing all these makeup impersonations, but everything's been wonderful.

But if you think about it the other way around, it just shows that you can change your eyes into anything.

元々目が大きくてぱっちり二重、更にすっぴん美人はこういうの無理なのよね
If you're an ugly, single eyelid girl with no distinct facial features then you can really do a lot with your face using makeup.
If you originally have big eyes with a double eyelid, and if you're already pretty without makeup then you can't do this, right?

目を開けたまままぶた引っ張ったら一重っぽくなるけど瞬きしたら戻っちゃうしメイク大変そう

今まで一番凄いと思ったのは嵐の松本かなぁ

Is she making it look like she only has a single eyelid despite having double eyelids?
You can make it look like you have a single eyelid if you pull on it with your eyes wide open, but it'll return to normal once you blink. Applying makeup must really be hard.
For me, the best one she's done so far is Arashi's Matsumoto.

目は技術でどうにでもなるが、鼻や口は加工で誤魔化すのが難しいってことだな

輪郭も髪型で結構誤魔化せるし、本当の美人は鼻と口が肝心なんだな

It means that you can do something about your eyes, but it'd be difficult to cheat with your nose or mouth.
You can even fake the shape of your face and your hair, so the nose and the mouth really are what sets a true beauty apart.

普通にテレビ出て公開してるよ。

元は板野になり切って「あれ板野じゃね」って騒がれるのが趣味な人だし。

動画だとー画像は修正がーとか食いつく奴が出てくるけど

化粧や角度を駆使して奇跡の一枚で「似てるw」って遊ぶのが趣旨なんだから

その画像だけ見て楽しめればいいじゃん。

She goes on TV and shows it off. 
She originally imitated Itano, and enjoyed making people confused if she actually was Itano.

But when you see her videos, you can't avoid the people who'd say, "Oh, you're just editing the photos". But the main point here is that she makes use of the makeup, angles, and gets that single "miracle shot" to play around with.
Just enjoy those pictures.
