He was the most popular character during HanaDan because people thought he was a "me, myself, and I", cocky type of person, but his popularity just declined as people found out that he was actually a serious, good-natured guy.

One of the reasons why Arashi is popular is because "they seem to be getting along really well and enjoying themselves", but MatsuJun is probably hated because he tries to act too cool

松潤は松潤から入って他メンのヲタになるケースが多い

それと同じくらい松潤だけ性格悪そう嫌いって感じだったのが他メン好きになって松潤も好きになることも多い

And similarly, there are also people who hate MatsuJun because he looks mean but they gradually grow to like him too thanks to the other members.

The Ohno and MatsuJun fans are pretty loyal.

Ninomiya, Sakurai, and Aiba have relatively young wotas so their fanbase changes quite a lot.

学生時代にキューピーなるあだ名を付けられブチギレたことがあるのちにあだ名を付けた相手とは一番の親友となった

XJAPANにあこがれてZEUSというバンドを組んでいたが大した活動もないまま終了
代表曲は藤井フミヤの『TRUE LOVE』

ジュニア時代は3秒で切れると言われていた
Ｊｒ時代誰かが食べ残したカップ麺を楽屋の流し台に捨てていることに激怒

Ｊｒ時代ストーカーしてくるファン相手にキレて傘を投げつけた

antiantiというアンチに喧嘩売る曲を作詞
コンサートのみでの披露だったのでアンチには届かず

合コンについて大学生時代「どの世界でもお持ち帰りってあんじゃん？ファーストフードとかも持ち帰れんじゃん？基本持ち帰れんだよね」と発言

持ち帰ったあとどうするのかというメンバーの質問に対して「持ち帰ったら基本そうじゃん？持ち帰ったら食べんだよ」

Sakurap has always had that kind of character.
- He got mad at his mom for choosing his jeans without his consent and didn't talk to her for 1 week.
- He was given the nickname Kewpie when he was a student and totally lost it. Later on, he became best buds with the guy who gave that nickname.
- He already had ear and navel piercings when he was in highschool. The reason he gave was "because it was the 'in' thing in school".
- He wrote in a rap magazine with the pen name SHOW ().
Once he matured a bit, he wrote using Sho Sakurai.
- He tried to act cool and traveled on a skateboard.
But he tripped in front of other people, got embarassed, and stopped.
- He idolized X JAPAN so he formed a band called ZEUS, but they disbanded without really doing any huge activities.
Their trademark song was Fumiya Fujii's "TRUE LOVE".
- They said that he gets mad in 3 seconds while he was still a Jr.
He got mad at someone who threw threw away leftover cup noodles in the sink when he was still a Jr.
- He got irritated at a stalker fan when he was still a Jr. and threw an umbrella.
- He composed a song called "anti anti", as if to pick a fight against the haters. They only performed it during concerts so the haters were not aware of this.
- When he was in college, he commented about goukon parties: "You can always take home anything, anywhere, right? You can even take home fast food, right? You can basically take them home". When asked by the other members what he'd do after he takes them home, he said: "If you take home, you know, you eat them".

These 3 are fatally bad.
These are the aspects that women take note of the most.
They were able to cover up all those closeups in his dramas when the TVs still had low resolution.
